Colonel Jagir Singh arrived from Chandigarh to visit the Priliminary Education Study Centres established for the children of the slum area,by Romesh Mahajan. His visit aimed to promote self-confidence and encourage the children to strive for success. During his visit, Colonel Singh interacted with the students, inspiring them with motivational words to pursue their education with determination and belief in their potential.

Romesh Mahajan, the Honorary Secretary of the District Children Welfare Council (DCWC), accompanied the Colonel and provided an overview of the study center’s journey over the past ten years. He shared a visual timeline, highlighting how the center, which was initially run under a tent, has now transformed into a modern facility designed for better learning. The children were inspired by the progress and the support they have received, leaving the visit with renewed hope for their future.
